St Joseph’s provides quality residential care marked by compassion, respect and dignity for each person in our care.
At St Joseph’s we create a homely atmosphere so that our residents experience a sense of freedom, peace, security and acceptance.
We support the spiritual needs of each individual resident, according to their beliefs.
Families from all backgrounds are warmly encouraged to participate in life at St Joseph’s.
St Joseph’s Nursing Home was established by the Catholic Diocese of Lismore in 1936.
Volunteers
Becoming a volunteer has many rewards, including a great sense of satisfaction, knowing you have made a tangible difference to people’s lives.
Friends of St Vincent’s are volunteers who enhance our residents’ lives by assisting with their social needs. Our volunteers give generously of their time offering a range of skills, professional experience and cultural diversity for our residents. Volunteers are carefully screened and selected.

Donating
As a non-profit organisation, St Joseph’s values the support of individuals and organisations who can help us fund special programs and update our facilities and equipment.
Your donation or bequest may be nominated for a specific purpose or made in memory of a loved one. Every gift, no matter how large or small, makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.
